    We send proofs for approval on certain custom orders, particularly for complex designs. Be sure to double-check your spelling and customization details, as we create your item based on the information you provide.
  • What are your shipping options?
    We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping times may vary based on location and chosen method, which you’ll see at checkout.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Most orders are mailed out within three business days. Custom orders typically take longer to create before shipping. Processing time will vary depending upon the complexity of the design requested. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping speed.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we offer shipping within the United States. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
  • My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@birchdoodle.com within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the damage, and we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
  • How should I care for my wood products?
    To maintain the quality of your wood items, keep them away from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures. If needed, a soft, dry cloth can be used to gently clean them.
  • Are your wood stickers waterproof?
    Our wood stickers are durable but not waterproof. They are best suited for flat, indoor items or surfaces that won’t be exposed to heavy moisture.
