2. Non-Custom Items

 

  • For non-customized products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

  • For damaged items, we may ask that the item be returned, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

4. Return Process

 

  • To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us at info@birchdoodle.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • After confirming your return eligibility, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

 

5. Refunds

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
