1. Custom and Personalized Items

Please ensure that all custom details (names, dates, etc.) are accurate at the time of order. Birch Doodle is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.
2. Non-Custom Items

For non-customized products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

For damaged items, we may ask that the item be returned, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Return Process
